Accomodation and Booking
All the comforts of home
We like our guests to feel completely relaxed and stress-free when they stay with us, so the accommodation we provide is comfortable and spacious. Top Cat Cattery is set within half an acre of land, so our guests feel as if they are out in the open country.
Lots of room
Every pen has its own private run, with a Perspex sneeze-barrier between each, so there is no direct contact between cats. All of the runs have doors that lead to a safety passage, so even if your pet is an “escape artist”, they will be perfectly secure.
Centrally heated sleep areas
The pens are all centrally heated, and we provide beds and blankets that are carefully washed after each visit. We’re also happy for you to bring your pet’s own bedding – maybe they have a special comfort blanket - although we do provide all the comforts of home when they come to stay.
Feline families
Our pens have plenty of room so that two cats can stay together if they wish. For larger feline families, we have chalets which allow up to four cats to share. In each case the accommodation provides plenty of room for playing and resting. Only cats from the same home are allowed to share pens or chalets.
Quarantine unit
We now have a purpose-built and specially designed isolation unit in which we provide rest for cats which are ill or which need to be quarantined. The unit is well separated from the rest of accommodation to avoid the risk of cross infection.
Prices and conditions
We are regulated and monitored by Basingstoke and Dean borough council.

Terms

All prices include food, bedding, heating, insurance (Please see below)

Rates are charged per day thereof including day of arrival and day of departure, regardless of the time , this is because the accommodation has been allocated to your cat(s).

We will send you an acknowledgement at the time of booking, however, only on receipt of a 30% deposit is a booking confirmed. ( the deposit is non refundable and non transferable).

Payment can be made by either cash or bank transfer. (Sorry no credit or debit cards)

At Christmas and Easter the minimum fee will be the equivalent of 7 days boarding, for all other public holidays the minimum fee will be the equivalent of 3 days boarding. For stays of indefinite duration, 21 days notice of departure is required between April 1st and September 30th. In the case of long term boarders, accounts will be paid monthly in advance.

In the event of owners returning before the end of the period for which the cat is booked, the full period will be charged.

In the interest of all our customers and due to high demand, two weeks notice is required to cancel/shorten a reservation. Failure to do so will result in an invoice being raised for all days booked.
